Started 2012 off with an angry (boy)friend, anxiety attacks, nightmares, crying, and an email from my apartment complex starting with PAY YOUR RENT even though I’m up to date.

My French/English science lesson went really well! It was surprising to see how the two groups approached the lesson. I ran out of food money a week ago so I’ve been mostly eating frozen french fries. Thank goodness for vitamins and free food events.
One thing I absolutely cannot stand is the propensity for people in this country to forget how lucky they have it and then to use their privilege to worsen the lives of those who already have it so poorly.
I understand that race, gender, sexual identity, and social status are still a big problem in this country but we really need to sort out our priorities.
