I agree with you 100% about how low income is no excuse for not becoming a vegan. I too was a vegan throughout the poorest time of my life (the only exception being when my mother was buying my food and didn’t know I had switched. I wasn’t going to throw out the food she bought me, that’d be ridiculously wasteful).

I really can’t say what the ratio is of people with such and such physical/social afflictions are but I cannot imagine any combination where veganism isn’t a feasible option.
